New York City & Hamptons, NY

It was a great Memorial Day weekend in NYC....Damir and I made our way to the city, Mile came from Bilbao, and of course Zoka and Luigi were already there...It was great to see Mile after almost a year...he didn't change much, just grew up few more inches :-) We went to a nice Turkish restaurant on Friday night, and then ended up at one of the clubs...We took it easy Saturday walking around the city and then went to a bar that is located on the 30th floor, overlooking Empire State Building and the city at night...Sunday our master organizer Zoka, arranged tour of the Hamptons...but of course not before we had burek at Djerdan in Astoria :-) I heard so much about this summer colony for New Yorkers and it was a day very well spent...Weather was beautiful, company even better, and my stomach still hurts from all the laughing and jokes...All in all, time with friends is priceless, we just have to do it more often...so Mile, Zoka, Luigi, and Damir, "do me a favor" and don't let too many months pass by before we get together again (just one of the inside jokes from this weekend :-))
