Hayman Island & Great Barrier Reef, Australia

Crazy part of my job is that I usually spend more time in the hotels and at the airports around the world then in my own home. However, beautiful part is that sometimes those hotels and airports are in the most incredible corners of the globe. Just as they all start to look alike, I come to a special place that makes me think that yes, it is all worthwhile for the shear fact of being able to be in the place like this, even if it is just for a moment. Experiencing a sea plane ride and landing in the middle of Pacific Ocean gives airport travel a whole new perspective. Snorkling at the Great Barrier Reef, even on a overcast, cloudy day with realisation that I am actually getting paid for it, trully makes up for all the red eye flights and continental breakfastes through out the year :-) This country keeps blowing my mind with its beauty, simplicity, and genuine openness. But then again, I guess I should get used to it...because I am starting to realize that every step I take around here, in itself, becomes a journey into the magic of the most magnificent God's creations reflected in the nature at its best....
