All over Sydney...

It was so nice to have my sister and Dacho with me for almost a month…As beautiful as Sydney is, just like any other place, it is even more amazing when experienced with family. Initial rain that Jeca and Dacho brought with them from the other side of the world, finally gave away to Australian sun during the last two weeks of their stay. I was able to join them for some of the city explorations, and Dacho made sure to keep me updated on those that I missed through almost 5,000 photos taken during their time in Aussie land. Days full of laughter, stories of discovery, tired feet, and way too much sushi just flew by… The last week also marked the beginning of the greatest sporting event in the world, and suddenly wonderful days extended into even more exciting nights as the city embraced World Cup mania to its fullest. Tournament’s opening night at the Star City led to every other night’s visit to this casino and thanks to Jeca’s beginner’s luck it was very worthwhile :-) As always, it was all too short, but so many great memories, even more photos, and moments that we will always remember remain to mark this special time. Until they return next year, enjoy just a small snippet of Jeca & Dacho’s journey…the other 4,000+ photos will be banked for some other time :-)
