Brisbane, Australia

On their trip back from Port Douglas and Great Barrier Reef, Jeca and Dacho met me in Brisbane. I was up there for work and “Sex in the City 2” premier so it worked out perfectly that we were able to spend couple of days in Queensland. Brisbane is not a huge city, it does not have the culture and art character of Melbourne nor southern, beach wibe of Sydney, yet this place always finds a way to make you feel like you are part of it…As weird as it might be, it is probably my favorite Australian city to visit. This time, it was even more special, as I was able to explore it with my sister. It was not for long, but it was so nice to take a break from everything and just feel like a traveler roaming this city’s squares, streets, and riverbanks… River that hugs this city as it runs through it, gives it a special feel and you can’t help but smile as you march on to discover what other beauties Brisbane holds within itself….
